Greg Randall
Who am I? I'm a chef, an ex-restaurant owner, a home cook, a food-stylist, and I taught cooking at my son's middle school. I'm lover of all restaurants, from Taco Bell up to places with 3 Michelin stars, and I like to throw dinner parties. Preferably for 10 people, making 3 or 4 courses, showcasing recipes I've never made before...it's all worth it if everything works out as it should, and it usually does. Oh, and I'm a husband and father too!
I've taken most of the pictures used on this site in my own kitchen, using an iPhone. Sometimes the pics don't turn out as good as they should, so I've borrowed a better one from the internet. While I am a food stylist, occasionally the lighting isn't perfect in my kitchen to get the shot I am looking for.
I can be opinionated, but what the hell, this is my blog. I can pretty much say anything I want. If you have something to say, fill in the form below, I promise to respond.
